What to expect:

Before your appointment, you will be emailed a link to fill out an intake form. Upon receipt, your practitioner will contact you to set up an appointment and will begin work on a protocol based on your unique constitution and health goals/concerns. Non-local clients will be given an online video meeting link.

Intake appointments generally take 1 1/2 - 2 hours. At your first appointment, your practitioner will go through your intake form with you, ask clarifying questions, gather needed information, and make necessary adjustments to your protocol. Together, you will discuss recommendations, get questions answered, and set realistic goals to fit your lifestyle.

Follow-up appointments generally last 30-45 minutes. These can be more consulting ("Tell me what to do and I'll do it.") or coaching ("Help me set goals and find ways to accomplish them."), depending on your needs and desires. Changes may also be made to your protocol to better meet your needs and get you feeling great. We generally recommend at least two follow-up appointments to our clients, but some chronic issues will require slow, gradual changes on the client's part and may need time to see long-term improvement.

Complimentary blood lab analysis is included in your appointment. We can even order your labs for you!

What is the cost?

Intake appointments/initial consultations are $150.
Follow-up appointments are $75.
Lab work analysis without an intake appointment is $75.
6-month package includes intake and three follow-ups within a 6-month period for $350 if prepaid ($25 discount).
Credit card fees will apply (generally 3.3%) and all appointments must be paid in full prior to your appointment time. You will receive an invoice after scheduling an appointment.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Payment for consultations is non-refundable, but appointments may be rescheduled. Please give your practitioner 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
